Coaching sessions are non-directive and inquiry-led, drawing on the Essential Impact methodology of high calibre coaching questions and methodologies.
Sessions adapt to what the client brings and typically move through five modes of inquiry:

THE FIELD GUIDE
(SUPPORT BETWEEN SESSIONS)
Clients receive access to their personalized Field Guide, a private companion offered through our intuitive Elevate Learning platform and designed to support reflection and integration between sessions based on the topics discussed in our 1:1 sessions.
The guide could include:

reflective prompts and strategic planning frameworks or toolkits

optional guided practices and resources
The Field Guide is supportive as context, not prescriptive. Some clients use it extensively. Others rarely open it. Both approaches are valid.

She brings a rare combination of analytical rigour and human depth, grounded in an MBA, professional HR leadership credentials, and extensive experience advising senior leaders across sectors. Her work is informed by organizational psychology, behavioural science, and mindful leadership practices, with a clear focus on decision quality, leadership presence, and sustainable performance.
Before establishing Lina Bil Coaching, Lina built and led a successful HR consulting practice supporting clients through leadership transitions, organizational design, people strategy, and culture transformation. This background gives her a deep appreciation for the realities leaders face — competing priorities, constrained resources, stakeholder pressure, and the cumulative weight of responsibility.
Her coaching approach is non-directive, inquiry-led, and grounded in real-world leadership contexts.
